Training & Eating

Weight-Training (x3)

Push-Pull-Legs. Walk for 10 minutes, hit weights for 45-50 mins. Rest between sets for 30-60 seconds.

Cardio (x3)

3 Runs Per Week. Target 1 long run per week, 1 easy run, and 1 hard run.

Eating

2,000 Calories. Hack your eating. Egg-white French toast, overnight oats, chicken, rice, spinach. Deep fried food can’t exist in balance. Choose grilled options.

Walking

10,000 Steps/Day. Move often. Walk to your car, walk during your meetings, walk at lunch, walk after dinner. Walk.

  • Exercise while the family is asleep.
  • Start the day off right (for you).
  • Be present in the evening to be a good father/husband.

  • Be someone who takes fitness seriously.
