Marketing Operations Assistant

Qualifications: MacInnis Consulting seeks to hire a dedicated professional to join its Marketing Operations team. The Marketing Operations team strives to engage and inspire customers and prospects to consider the client’s product lines and leads the organization’s comprehensive marketing strategy.

The right candidate features the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three years of relevant work experience,
  • Excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Candidate should have experience acting as a marketing operations assistant including managing reports, working with a creative team, and budget tracking,
  • Skills in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Hubspot is considered an asset.

Responsibilities: The selected candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support as assigned by the Marketing Director; coordinating programs, unique projects, meetings, and logistics. Responsible for tracking all expenses against budget, and providing reports regularly to the Marketing Director. Acts as department administrative manager. Responsible for managing relationships with content subscribers and community participants.
